CNC SHEET METAL TECHNOLOGY

In keeping with our “Priority for quality“philosophy, TECNOVEN produces a wide spectrum of different sheet metal components and processes: From the one-off unit to the large-scale series, including bespoke solutions. Naturally all strictly in keeping with customer requirements, making use of our state-of-the art machine outfit for high-tech industrial sectors. The main focus of our sheet metal production is on metal thicknesses of between 0.3 and 20 mm.

Our technical equipment includes CNC punching machines with the latest technology, connected to a robotized sheet metal warehouse, creating fully automated punching centers.

Several 2D latest CNC technology  fully automated laser machines with cutting capacity for 4000 x2000, ensure excellent  precision in the processing of contours and geometries, as well as an outstanding money saving. Automatic loading and unloading of materials helps accelerate the process and guarantee outstanding product quality.

TECNOVEN’s experience and technical capability on bending processes is one of the main focus of our expertise. A highly qualified workforce and an extensive pool of bending and folding machinery including 6 last generation TRUMPF machines testify it. Our impressive variety of special-purpose tools makes us ideally equipped for almost every conceivable bending requirement.

TECNOVEN has a S4+P4 SALVAGNINI line which punches, shears and bends sheet metal totally automatically. Being connected a SALVAGNINI robotized sheet metal warehouse gives us a great productive capacity and of course, a huge competitiveness.

TECNOVEN can provide a wide variety of solutions in welding field, we do not rely on other manufacturers but work to develop our own solutions in the field of automation and handling, designed for optimum care of the processed material and providing high value to our customers.

  • Robotized Welding: We have 3 welding robots with MIG MAG technology and capacity for processing large size and weight pieces. We have technical capacity to design welding tools which ensure required quality.
  • Manual Welding: TECNOVEN’s experience and technical capacity in welding processes is another of our salient features. Our human team specialized in welding processes is certified in various processes and materials by CAs. This qualification is sustained by continuous training of our staff.
  • Sud / Spot Welding: We have capacity to weld by stud and spot, ensuring the process’ quality in relation to the weld’s resistance and offering the assurance of absolute fitting precision when it comes to assembly.

We offer our customers complete ready-to-install systems instead of simple sheet metal components. In our assembling processes we can add mechanic, electric and If the customer requires we can perform verification test. By providing this service we can take responsibility for the parts of the value-adding process which are outside the customer’s core field of competence.

With 2000 m2 dedicated area, we can ensure a great productive capacity and wide range of products.

In TECNOVEN we have a hook shot blasting for maximum 3000*1500 mm and a weight of 1500kg pieces.  This process with our coating centre allow us give our customers high quality surface coatings and the highest demands in terms of adherence and hours in the spray salt test.
